Let $N$ be the Lie group introduced in assignment 5 ($N$ is known as the Heisenberg group). Let $\alpha, \beta, \gamma$ be a basis of $T_1^* N$ that is dual to the basis $X, Y, Z$ of $T_1 N$ that you found.

Express the left-invariant vector fields $X, Y$ and $Z$ in terms of the directional derivatives $\didi{}{x}, \didi{}{y}$ and $\didi{}{z}$. (Recall: if $\xi \in T_1 N$, then it can be extended as a left-invariant vector field by $\xi(g) = g \xi$ for all $g \in N$.)
Express the left-invariant $1$-forms $\alpha, \beta$ and $\gamma$ in terms of the $1$-forms $\D{x}, \D{y}$ and $\D{z}$. (It is probably easiest to use your result from above, plus the duality of the two bases to compute them.)
Let $\theta = p_{\alpha} \alpha + p_{\beta} \beta + p_{\gamma} \gamma$ be the Liouville $1$-form on $T^* N$. Compute the symplectic form. Does this equal $\D{x} \wedge \D{p_x} + \D{y} \wedge \D{p_y} + \D{z} \wedge \D{p_z}$?
